At Villa Diyafa Boutique Hotel & Spa, the health and safety of our guests and members of the team is our highest priority. We are closely monitoring global developments and recommendations and have put all precautions in place, in collaboration with Diversey, our global hygiene and disinfection solutions provider.

Public Areas

  • Temperature check for all guests entering the hotel
  • Wearing a mask is mandatory for all guests entering the hotel
  • Reduction of maximum capacity of people in interior public areas and in the lifts
  • Signs and indications to respect distances between people
  • Maintaining enough safety distance between each 2 people
  • Hydro alcoholic gel dispensers and wipes are provided in public areas and outlets together with protected bins for immediate disposal

2. Front Desk

  • Hydro alcoolic gel available for your use
  • Disinfection of room keys before handing it to you
  • Equipment and tools (pen, computer, chairs…) disinfected before and after every use
  • Contactless payment is preferred
  • Disinfected payment machines before and after every use. You can insert or tab the card yourself
  • Luggage service upon request following hygiene measures
  • Deep disinfection of workstation on a regular basis

3. Rooms and Suites

  • Enhanced housekeeping with deep cleaning and disinfection of all room areas (see here)
  • In order to limit interactions between people, the turn-down service is only available upon request. We will arrange room cleaning during your stay at your convenience
  • After check out, the room remains unoccupied for 24 hours to complete disinfection and sanitization

4. Food and Beverage

  • Maintaining enough distance between tables in the restaurant and bar
  • Hydro alcoholic gel dispensers, wipes and masks at your disposal
  • Dishes and cutlery cleaned at high temperatures
  • Electronic menu available Disinfection of printed menus before and after each use
  • Disinfection of tables and chairs after each customer visit

5. Meetings and Events

  • Business meetings are allowed only until further notice
  • Meeting rooms to be used only where setup ensures 2 meters social distance between delegates
  • Tables and chairs disinfected before and after the meeting and during lunch breaks
  • Hydro alcoholic gel, wipes and masks offered to you
  • Required food and beverage service, cleaning and engineering personnel wearing masks and gloves

6. Spa, pool and fitness

  • Access to a limited number of people at the same time to the swimming pool and the sports center
  • Disinfection of the treatment cabins and the gym before and after each use
  • Restricted access to the pool for children
  • Changing room cleaning after each use
  • Hydro alcoholic gel and masks at your disposal

Your travel flexibility

We remain committed to offering you flexible booking options. Given these unique circumstances we are making additional adjustments to our individual booking policies to give you extra peace of mind. All new and existing bookings made directly with Villa Diyafa Boutique Hotel & Spa for stays up to August 31st, 2020; cancellation and modifications can be made free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
